Headache x 5 days

A 60s M complains of a headache for five days and difficulty walking. The headache is occipital, bilateral, mild, and not getting worse. He says that when he wakes up, his gait is unsteady, but it gets better as he walks during the day. He has no medical history and takes no meds. His vitals are normal. The resident says that the patient falls to the left when she walks him. When you examine the patient, he is able to walk easily, even heel-to-toe. The remainder of his physical exam is normal. What do we do next?
