How to be a Jedi Pt 3: The Rise of Lulu

A 23 yo F comes to the ED with several days of low back pain and lower abdominal pain. Her review of systems was negative. She has no medical history; she takes birth control pills. The patient was seen in the ED yesterday. She had a normal exam and normal CBC, Chem, LFTs, TSH, hcg, and UA. She returns today because of persistent discomfort. Her triage vital was notable for a HR of 130 – it is now 103 without any treatment. Her exam is normal. She describes the pain as low lumbar, suprapubic / bilat, perhaps more on the right groin.
