A 40s F complains of pain and discharge from her right buttock implant which were done a month ago in another country. Her vitals are normal and she is afebrile. On exam, there is a small hole over the right-sided implant where a small amount of pus can be squeezed out. The skin is not red / warm; the area is minimally tender. What do we do next?
