Plan B / Plan C / Plan D?

An intoxicated male in his 40s comes in with constant substernal chest pain, onset two hours ago. An EKG is obtained. He has no medical problems. Lungs are clear and heart sounds are normal. The patient is given aspirin and ticagrelor. The cath lab is activated but there is no answer. What do you do?
