A 60s F is brought in as a stroke. Per EMS, the nursing home stated that she was noted to have left sided weakness. Her last known normal was five hours ago. Three hours ago, a general tonic-clonic seizure was reported and the patient quickly returned to baseline. The patient has no history of seizures. On exam, she has mild weakness of the left arm and left leg, but she is able to move all extremities to command. A stroke note is activated. A head CT is performed. What do we do next?
