ED thoracotomy?
ABC’s, Secure the airway, continue CPR, get IV access. ACLS algorithims while also giving a unit of O+ on rapid infuser
Confirm if pt had pulses or how long CPR has been ongoing prior to arrival to determine if pt is a good candidate for thoracotomy
